How do I prepare for my 1st visit?
Our doctors prefer to see your pets in their natural environment.
For our feline friends, please close doors to bedrooms, closets and outdoor access. Limiting access to one room in the house. Your pet maybe more comfortable with their favorite blanket or bed. It is not necessary to have cats in a carrier.
For our dog friends; please have a leash and collar available as well as a blanket or their dog bed to help keep them more comfortable.
How do I order medication or food?
Please call our office or send us an email [email protected] to arrange medication refills or food orders. We will arrange to drop off medications or food at no extra charge.
How many people will come to the house?
With every visit to your home we have a veterinary assistant that travels with the Veterinarian.
What form of payment do you take?
Trenton Mobile Veterinary Services accepts the following methods of payment; cash, visa, MasterCard
What if I have an emergency outside of office hours?
If your pet has an emergency after hours you can call and proceed to the Emergency Veterinary Clinic on Hwy 10 in Brampton.
This emergency clinic is equipped to handle all pet emergencies and have staff on the premises whenever we are closed. The clinic is located in the Wexford Square Plaza on Hwy 10 at the corner of Wexford Drive and Hwy 10. It is south of Mayfield Rd and north of Hwy 7 (Bovaird Dr).
The telephone number at the Emergency Veterinary Clinic is 905-495-9907. They can also answer any medical problems you may have with your pet after normal clinic hours.
